Raw Kentucky Honey

Made by Three. Rooted on the Ridge.

Black Locust Ridge Honey Co. began with a piece of land, a handful of hives, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Tucked into the rolling hills of Jessamine County, our bees work the same hardwood ridges and hollers that have shaped this part of Kentucky for generations.

Each spring, the black locust blooms—brief, delicate, and highly sought after—set the tone for our honey. From there, wildflowers carry the season forward, giving each batch its own character.

We don’t rush the process, and we don’t overcomplicate it. Every jar is harvested, handled, and packed by us—three sets of hands from start to finish.
